To receive the membership rate, please make sure you are logged into your BARN Membership account before registering for this class. Watch for the black LOGIN button on this registration page with the prompt: Your email is already in our database. You can log in to auto-fill your contact information – and enable any member-only registration types.
If you are considering signing up for membership, please do it before you register for the class. We do not retroactively issue partial credits if you sign up for membership after completing payment and registering for a class.
If you have a credit in your BARN account, please contact us before registering. Please call 206-842-4475 x200 or email email@example.com with the class name you want to register for. We will register you and apply the credit appropriately. If there is still a balance due, we will email you an invoice.
BARN does not store your credit card information on file. Your credit card information needs to be entered each time you register.
If you are joining a waitlist, you will not be automatically charged and you are not automatically enrolled into the class. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email. Please watch for emails with the subject line "Waitlist Update". We will not register you until you respond to that email that you are available to attend.
Note that if payment is not completed within a 15 minute window, our system will automatically cancel your registration. Please have your credit card information ready so you can complete payment within that window of time.
BARN Cancellation and Refund Policy:
To cancel your registration, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR call us at (206) 842-4475 x200 at least four (4) days prior to the class/event start date in order to receive a refund.Please note that some classes have a different cancellation policy and is clearly stated in the class description. For online classes, requests for refunds or credits will not be accepted after the closing date.
