Join Kat Gyorgy as she demonstrates how to prepare smoothie bowls! Learn how smoothie bowls can make a healthy and well rounded meal, as well as a seasonal adventure for your palate. They may look intimidating and yet are simple to make, delicious, and so good for you! We will prepare the toppings of granola and crunchy coconut bits, then assemble 3 varieties of smoothie bowls. As a group we will discuss the health benefits of eating vegan and raw foods. Participants will also take home a small jar of granola.
All skill levels are welcome, no equipment experience is necessary.
There will be an additional materials fee of $15, added to the cost of the class when you register.
Participants are requested to bring a small container to carry their granola home.

I am passionate about vegan and vegetarian cuisine and introducing more and more people to the pleasures of a plant based diet. The kitchen has been my playground since I was a child and it brings me tremendous happiness to share my love of cooking great tasting food that is simple, whole, healthy and nourishes not only the body, but also the mind and soul. So much of life happens in the kitchen and enjoyed around the table, so it is my desire to share the flavors of the world and bring you more enjoyment with my “gypsy-ing around the globe” inspired dishes.
