Join BARN veterans to make timeless and delicious recipes to bring home  to your family. This month’s class will feature 3 recipes all incorporating polenta! Participants will be making a pork dish, a chicken dish and a dessert, all using this versatile ingredient. Each dish will feed a family of 4, and all items produced can be frozen and reheated.


  • There will be an additional materials fee of $50, added to the cost of the class when you register. 
  • Participants are requested to bring an apron and 3 large sized containers to take your prepared food home with you.

Our next class in this series will take place on December 9th, featuring Winter Comfort Food, focused on cooking rich holiday fare. Separate registration is required for each class.
