In this two session class you will learn how to safely use the Vertical Milling Machine. The Mill is one of the most useful machines for making simple to complex parts out of metal or plastic. We will cover work holding, cutters, the rotary table, and how to deal with different materials.

After completion of the class you will be able to make that part that they just don’t have at the hardware store. You will leave the class with a set of coasters or other useful items that you have made.

Additional Materials Fee of $10 for plastic and metal used during class will be added to the tuition and then totaled when you register.
