Learn how to chop like a chef! Knowing how to properly use and care for your chef's knife will save you time, keep you safe, and improve the quality and appearance of everything you cook.

Knife Expert Scott Severinson will draw on 40 years of experience in the cutlery business to lead this master's class. You'll get hands-on with some of the world's finest knives to practice what you've learned. And you'll go home with a special bonus -- a Zwilling paring knife valued at $65.00.

You'll learn and practice:

  • Holding your knife.
  • Using your knife to chop, slice, dice and more
  • Care and sharpening techniques to keep your knives like new
