Chef Tamas Ronyai will lead this exploration.

Explore the terroir of chocolate: we'll learn what it means and how to pronounce it! We'll talk about chocolates and where they come from. Learn about the micro-climates of the Cacao tree and the basic production from farm to our mouths.  We will taste and talk about chocolates while we temper and learn how to mold, it. Come with your curiosity and appetite.

Materials fee: there is a $10/per person materials fee for this class. Please bring a check or cash to the class.
