Learn how easy it is to make delicious fresh ricotta. You’ll never use store-bought again! This is a hands-on class where you’ll make cheese with the group, then use the lovely ricotta to make a dinner entrée and dessert. Then we’ll all sit down to eat and talk about food, cooking, and what’s next for the BARN Kitchen Arts group.
INSTRUCTORS:Kate McDill and Carolyn Goodwin are members of the BARN Kitchen Arts Steering Committee. Kate McDill has extensive experience in the kitchen as a caterer and professional baker. Carolyn Goodwin is co-founder of Sound Food, and is a sustainable food evangelist and avid amateur chef.
